If you are involved in handling and processing bulk solids or powders keep Tuesday 18th October free.
The SHAPA Powder and Bulk Solids Handling Industry Conference organised by the Solids Handling and Processing Association is a one day event to be held in Loughborough on Tuesday 18th October that will be a must for both suppliers and users of solids handling equipment.
Delegates will hear Keynote Addresses pointing to the future for the UK economy from Pamela Wright of the Bank of England, how to exploit export opportunities by Tim Jelly of UKTI and how to minimise your legal liability risk by Simon Bates of Harvey Ingram LLP.
Participants will then select individual sessions from two parallel streams of presentations covering the latest ideas and thinking on solids handling, including fan selection and acoustic techniques and hear about the requirements of the minerals industry.
Structured Discussion Groups will enable delegates to benefit from fellow delegates’ experiences on specific presentation topics together with the opportunity to speak with SHAPA members who will be illustrating their company’s capabilities at table top displays. Additional networking time will complete a day packed with valuable commercial and technical information
